Terms and Conditions

1. Custom Orders

Orders with personalized or custom designs are final and non-refundable after confirmation.

2. Payment Policy for Custom Designs

For custom designs, the customer must pay the shipping cost plus 25% to 70% of the product price in advance. The required percentage varies depending on the product and design complexity and will be shared before confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

After placing an order, we will contact the customer within 24 hours via call or message. If there is no response within 48 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled. Once confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

4. Delivery Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days depending on the region. All items are securely packaged. If the package is received open or in unusual condition, the customer must report it within 24 hours.

5. Failure to Receive Shipment

If the customer fails to receive the shipment within the courier’s delivery window and does not respond to follow-up attempts, the phone number and address will be blocked from placing new orders for a period of 3 months to 2 years.

6. Color and Print Accuracy

Printed colors or image details may differ slightly from the original file due to printing techniques, screen settings, and material properties.

7. Misuse Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or improper handling of the product after delivery.

8. Design Ownership

The customer is responsible for ensuring their uploaded designs do not violate copyrights or intellectual property rights.

9. Branding

We reserve the right to add a small logo or branding element on the final product (typically on the back or bottom) to preserve our brand identity without affecting the main design.

10. Promotional Use

We may use photos of finished products (without personal customer info) for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.
