At Funky Prints, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, custom-printed products tailored to your specifications. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.


Return Policy

  • All custom-printed products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Due to the unique nature of personalized items, they cannot be resold or repurposed for other customers.

Exceptions

We may only offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective or damaged.
  • There is a printing error caused by us that does not match the approved design or order specifications.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@funky-prints.shop with:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • Clear photos of the defect or error.

Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping Returns

  • If a replacement is approved, we may cover the return shipping costs. Details will be provided upon approval.
  • For defective items, you may need to return the product to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
